The Port Isabel Lady Tarpons volleyball remains undefeated in district play after getting straight set wins over Hidalgo and Progreso. Last Saturday they got by Hidalgo on the road, 25-15, 25-20, 25-12, and this past Tuesday they held off Progreso, 25-15, 25-17, 25-14, in Tarpon Gym.
With the two wins Port Isabel remains atop the District 32-4A standings with a 6-0 record.
On Tuesday the Lady Red Ants tried to keep it close as they trailed the home team 20-14.
