SpaceX took a giant step forward last week as the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFW) issued its final Biological and Conference Opinion on the commercial space flight proposal at Boca Chica Beach, finding that the project would not significantly jeopardize various area wildlife or their habitats.
