The City of Port Isabel sent a stern letter to the City of Brownsville last week, notifying Brownsville’s City Commission that its multiple attempts to annex areas throughout the Laguna Madre area have allegedly been illegal.
Port Isabel’s city officials clearly state in their letter that they intend to fight for the property rights in question.
