Cameron County Pct. 1 Constables discovered an RV on the shoreline at Beach Access 6 with a grenade attached to the door.

The Brownsville SWAT team and bomb squad was called to the scene to investigate the bomb, Constable Horacio Zamora said.

After a perimeter was established, a robot was sent in to disarm the bomb. It was found to be a dud. Two others were located on the premises as well as security cameras and a shot barreled riffle.
