By ANTONIO VINDELL

The body of a man washed ashore late Thursday night on South Padre Island, and authorities believed it was a Mexican fisherman who had been dead for more than 46 hours.

Once there, they found a man wearing fishing gear similar to what commercial fishermen wear – rubber boots and a blue raincoat.
